Privacy Policy

SERPMint (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates serpmint.tech. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We built SERPMint to be privacy-light by design — most of what you do here never touches our servers at all.

1. Overview

This policy applies to the SERPMint website and its free tools, including the Meta Title & Description Generator, Schema Markup Generator, Robots.txt Generator, XML Sitemap Generator and Google Review Link Generator. By using serpmint.tech you agree to the practices described below.

2. What we collect (and don’t)

2.1 Tool inputs — never stored

All SERPMint tools run entirely in your browser. Keywords, URLs, business names, addresses, questions, and any other details you type into a tool are processed on your own device. They are not transmitted to, stored on, or logged by our servers. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

2.2 Contact form

If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, topic and message text you provide. We use this information only to respond to you.

2.3 Server logs

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when pages are requested — such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps and requested URLs. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention and site stability.

3. Cookies & tracking

Our tools do not set cookies and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. A few third-party resources are loaded by the site and may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of serving their resource:

• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used across the site.
• QR code preview service (api.qrserver.com) — used only if you actively enable “Show QR code” inside the Google Review Link Generator.

If we ever introduce analytics, we will update this policy and choose privacy-respecting options.

4. How we use information

• To reply to messages you send us.
• To operate, secure and maintain the website.
• To understand which tools are used (in aggregate, without identifying you) so we can improve them.

5. Sharing & third-party services

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is shared only with:

• Our hosting provider, which processes the technical server logs described above;
• The third-party services listed in Section 3, strictly to deliver their resource;
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

6. Data retention

Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard policies, which are typically short-term. Tool inputs are never retained because they never reach us.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Since we don’t operate accounts, requests usually relate to contact emails — just email us and we’ll take care of it, typically within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children’s privacy

SERPMint is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information via the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we follow reasonable technical practices to protect the small amount of data we do handle (contact messages). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but our privacy-light architecture means there is very little sensitive data to protect in the first place.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
